GENDER BLENDER: A MOVIE ABOUT A THIRD GENDER
Recently as many of you know I’ve been following the creation and kickstarting of this movie. As you also know, it had many problematic elements in it that would have caused misinformation to the mass public that it seeks to inform. These ranged from improper use of pronouns to incorrect terminology and so forth.
HOWEVER.
You also are aware that I contacted Lauren, the Director and the main focus of this documentary. I explained to her my worries and frustrations and
She changed everything.
Not only did she take every single piece of advice that I had to offer, but she also left the door open to me and encouraged me to contact her with any further ideas, comments, or concerns.
This documentary has the potential to be something huge, guys, and with a director that is willing to take suggestions and worries and actually implement them, I HIGHLY encourage you to back this documentary film and give her your feed back.
Please, let’s make this something that happens for the transgender community.
